Basic Range up to SGD 7,000 / monthly.
Regional work exposure. On-site role.
Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment cycle.
- Partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs.
- Lead employee engagement activities to improve on talent acquisition effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage recruitment vendors on high volume requisitions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in similar capacity as a Talent Acquisition.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in ATS and recruitment metrics.
