Sales Admin Coordinator

Salary: up to $3,200
Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm)
Work Location: Central

Responsibilities:
• Sales order processing (prepare sales order, quotations, invoices, and delivery order).
• Maintain up to date orders information to customers.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel and company events.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for office, IT and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with outsourced IT support and assist with SAP/system-related matters.

Requirements:
• Diploma Holders in Information Technology or Digital Marketing
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Good team player and able to perform task without much supervision
• Good working attitude and responsible
