Sales & Admin Executive

Salary: up to $3,200
Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm)
Work Location: North-East

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries on products, orders, deliveries and general support.
• Manage quotations, sales orders, invoices and customer statements.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team and maintain accurate system records.
• Coordinate project submissions, meetings, appointments, travel and company events.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for office, IT and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with outsourced IT support and assist with SAP/system-related matters.
• Ensure employees have the necessary IT equipment, connectivity and access.
• Prepare documents and coordinate with internal departments as required.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or sales coordination
• Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Singaporean only need apply
