💼 Job Scope:
- • Conduct outbound calls to members and follow up on enquiries and payment matters.
- • Record and maintain accurate call records, member feedback and campaign outcomes.
- • Prepare reports and support post-campaign administrative processes.
- • Coordinate with unions and internal stakeholders on campaign follow-up activities.
- • Support membership roadshows, outreach activities and event logistics.
- • Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
