*Govt* Customer Service Officer [Ubi / 1-year]

• Location: Ubi
• Duration: 1-year contract
• Salary: $2,760 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional face-to-face customer service and guide applicants through foreign driving licence conversion procedures.
• Assess and verify supporting documents such as driving licences, passports, identification cards, photographs and employment history in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Review applications to determine whether they can be accepted, processed or rejected, and explain application outcomes professionally to customers.
• Conduct necessary background checks, data entry and transaction processing using internal systems.
• Handle fee collection for driving licence conversion, traffic fines and other services via NETS terminals and online systems.
• Support other driving licence-related matters, including licence issuance, appeal cases, licence suspensions and processing of medical reports.
• Respond to simple email enquiries using standardised templates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Singaporean only.
• Comfortable working in a frontline/counter service environment and interacting with members of the public.
