Job Summary

The Customer Care Officer supports sales across multiple channels by handling enquiries, recommending products, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries and after-sales service to meet customer mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and showroom visits to provide timely and accurate assistance
• Assess customers’ mobility needs and recommend appropriate mobility products to enhance their mobility and independence
• Demonstrate product features and provide clear, accurate product information to support customer decision-making
• Prepare and process quotations and sales orders while maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Coordinate delivery schedules, after-sales service, warranty claims, and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with completing relevant documentation and complying with regulatory requirements through effective follow-up

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient written communication in English to document and correspond with customers
• Oral proficiency in English and Mandarin or Malay to communicate effectively with diverse customers
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel to manage data and sales records accurately
• Skilled in Microsoft Word to prepare customer documents and correspondence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online to support financial record-keeping and invoicing
