Telemarketer

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Telemarketer to identify and qualify business opportunities for our corporate training solutions. You will engage business and HR leaders, understand their workforce development needs, and schedule consultations for our senior training experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Executive Decision-Makers: Cold call and email HR Directors, L&D Managers, and Chief People Officers.
• Identify Skills Gaps: Ask probing questions to uncover a prospect's workforce challenges, compliance needs, or leadership gaps.
• Present Training Value: Articulate how our training programs improve employee retention, productivity, and ROI.
• Secure Consultations: Schedule qualified virtual or in-person presentations for our sales and instructional design teams.
• Maintain Pipeline: Track executive contact information and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

Key Requirements & Skills

• B2B Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably selling intangible services, finance/loan, or consulting.
• High-Level Communication: Ability to speak confidently with corporate executives
• Consultative Selling: Skilled at uncovering pain points rather than just reading a hard-sell script.
• Quick Learner: Ability to grasp industry knowledge, funding schemes and comply to internal marketing standards
