Project Manager - HDB/BTO

Our client is an established A1 main contractor known for their work in large scale residential projects. Due to a number of recent wins, they are looking for Project Manager to lead on a new HDB project and to oversee on-going tenders.

The successful candidate will be reporting to Project Director and will be responsibie for full project devliery, technical coordination and client management.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in sizeable HDB projects. Assistant PMs looking to step up will be considered.
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB Singapore.
• Good verbal and written communication skill
