Job Description

1. LIVE Session Operations

• Set up and prepare LIVE equipment (lighting, camera, audio, backend tools) before every session
• Monitor LIVE sessions in real time. Manage backend functions including pinned
• comments, pricing adjustments, promotion mechanics (flash deals, bundles, keyword unlocks), and respond to host enquiries during broadcast
• Troubleshoot technical or operational issues that arise mid-LIVE

2. Product Listing Management

• Create and upload new product listings (titles, images, pricing, variants, descriptions)
• Join relevant platform campaigns to boost product visibility and sales
• Manage and update the daily tracking sheet, keeping listing status, campaign participation, and performance data current

3. Order Fulfillment

• Pack and prepare orders generated from LIVE sessions and shop listings
• Coordinate shipping and ensure timely dispatch
• Maintain accuracy in packing to minimize errors and returns

4. Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries prompt and professionally via platform chat, social media, or messaging channels (pre-sale & post-sale)
• Engage with live stream viewers by answering product-related questions, sizes, or stock availability during and after the LIVE sessions
• Resolve customer complaints, refund requests, and delivery issues to maintain high shop ratings and customer satisfaction
