Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing)

About the Role

Dayone is expanding its client campaigns across Telecommunications, Education, and Charity sectors and is looking for driven individuals to join our sales team — with a clear path into team leadership and management.

This is a frontline sales role. You'll be out in the field, face-to-face with customers, representing well-known brands and driving acquisition. If you're target-driven, coachable, and want to grow fast, this is structured for that.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands directly to consumers through face-to-face campaigns
• Drive customer acquisition and engagement across Telco, Education, and Charity sectors
• Learn and apply structured sales frameworks — objection handling, closing, relationship-building
• Attend daily coaching and weekly performance reviews
• Progress into team support, mentoring, and leadership roles based on your results

Who We're Looking For

• Motivated self-starters who want performance-based income
• Strong communicators comfortable engaging diverse customers
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Open to entry level and candidates with 1–3 years in sales

Compensation

• Base + commission or full performance structure — your choice
• Earnings range: $2,500–$4,500/month; top performers exceed this
• No cap on income
