We're seeking experienced and committed Human Resources professionals to assist in our expanding department in talent mapping and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Plan talent mapping depending on corporate need
• Source and hunt for talents through job advertisements or campus campaigns
• Manage full recruitment cycle, from salary negotiation to contract placement

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Campus Recruitment
• Experience in in-house or agency recruitment from/for Tech industries is highly advantageous
