PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering with a leading transport statutory board to recruit Operations Executive. Be the friendly face of Singapore’s transport network and help commuters get where they need to go.

Working Hours / Location:

• Working Days: Mondays to Fridays
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.30pm
• With attractive Allowances + Incentives!

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations, staff deployment, manpower management, and enquiries
• Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and site guidelines
• Verify reports, refund applications, and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct audits and ensure adherence to operational and financial SOPs
• Manage cash collections, banking, and reconciliation processes
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE A levels or Diploma in any discipline with minimally 3 years of supervisory experience
• Good team player who possess a cheerful and positive attitude
• Meticulous with details, with good interpersonal skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends, PH and night when required
