About this job

At Pine, we offer internships that go beyond routine tasks and provide a front-row seat to how a fund management company operates. As an Investor Relations Intern, you’ll work closely with senior leadership on fundraising, investor communication, and reporting, gaining hands-on exposure to investor engagement and fund operations in a dynamic environment.

Prior experience in Investor Relations or a similar role is not required. Candidates with transferable skills and a strong interest in fund management, investments, or investor relations are encouraged to apply.

Upon completion of the internship, high-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position based on their overall performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, refine, and organize professional documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Conduct market and investor research to support fundraising and investor outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing investor profile, background summaries and meeting briefs prior to investor meeting.
  • Maintain and update investor contact database and ensure accuracy of investor information.
  • Assist in drafting investor communication emails and follow-ups after meetings or events.
  • Provide administrative support to various business functions including day-to-day scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to CEO to help coordinate business travel end-to-end, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and logistics where needed.

Requirements:

· Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Finance or a related field; Year 2 or above.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Good analytical and research abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
