IT Executive

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for POS systems, digital platforms and outlet technology.
• Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, payment terminals, software and related IT equipment.
• Support the setup, testing and rollout of new POS systems and digital solutions.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Support outlet users and provide guidance on POS and digital platforms.
• Assist with network, VPN and other IT infrastructure issues affecting business systems.
• Maintain system documentation and support IT projects and other ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec/ITC/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, business applications and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with vendors and outlet teams.
