Insurance Broker (Taiwan Market)

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial advisory and insurance solutions to clients through referrals and partnerships with private banks, family offices, external asset managers and other financial institutions, with a focus on the Taiwan market.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and client profiling to identify requirements and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and financial planning proposals, while providing ongoing servicing and addressing clients’ and partners’ enquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Taiwan-based partners and intermediaries, supporting business development, partner engagement and training initiatives.
• Keep abreast of Taiwan market developments, insurance products and relevant regulatory requirements, while ensuring all advisory and sales activities comply with applicable MAS and company standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and implementation of financial solutions, while maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Support other business development, marketing and ad-hoc initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience within financial services, insurance, wealth management, legal or related industries.
• Strong exposure to the Taiwan market, with an established network or experience engaging Taiwan-based clients, intermediaries or financial institutions.
• Existing network across Taiwanese private banks, family offices, external asset managers or financial institutions
• Experience conducting partner engagement, product training or business development activities within the Taiwan market.
