Assistant Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager

Working Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Description

• Handling of Internal & External auditing complying to QEMS.

• Oversee quality functions of all factories (Singapore, Senai & Batam).

• SQD liaison / support to Batam, Senai & Singapore factories and escalated supplier quality issues.

• To lead and guide engineers and inspectors in ensuring work compliance.

• Lead supplier assessments and provide source selection recommendations.

• To perform internal auditing relates to ISO system requirements.

• To ensure & maintain cohesive working relation with inter-department, customers & vendors.

• Lead the NPI Quality process and ensure all quality deliverables are completed on time.

• Review CAPA and deviation trends to identify recurring or higher-risk quality issues.

• Responsive towards resolution of process non-conformance.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Quality Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic discipline.

• Manufacturing experience with understanding processes injection molding, printing & spraying, sub-assembly, electronics, etc. is a plus.

• Good written, oral and good knowledge of Six-sigma.

• Good knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP & 8D Methodology, etc.)

• Ability to perform internal auditing relates to ISO system requirements.

• Have understanding & knowledge of plastic injection molding process.

• Ability to understand and read 2D drawings.

• Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
