Crewing Executive (FG and FSU)

Job Description:

• Report to the Crewing Manager and provide administrative and operational support to the crewing department for the company’s fleet of vessels.
• Coordinate seafarers’ interviews, medical examinations, travel arrangements, accommodation, joining briefings, PPE and other pre-joining requirements.
• Arrange, review and verify seafarers’ licences, permits, certificates and other required documentation.
• Process applications for Seafarers COE/CRA and Tanker Endorsements with the relevant vessel flag authorities.
• Maintain accurate monthly records of crewing and training-related documentation.
• Prepare, review and verify monthly invoices for the Crewing Department.
• Prepare and brief seafarers on employment contracts, company policies, procedures and relevant requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain communication with seafarer recruitment and manning agencies.
• Coordinate and facilitate crew changes for the company’s vessels, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
• Plan and monitor crew deployment and coordinate the required arrangements for vessel assignments.
• Monitor, compile and maintain P&I-related costs and medical claim documentation.
• Create, maintain, update and upload seafarers’ personal files and employment records.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of seafarers’ and company information.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in crew management, preferably handling FG and FSU vessels with multinational crews.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
