HR EXECUTIVES

Job Description

NKY Freight Forwarding Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Executive to manage and support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and department heads to support our growing team, strengthen HR processes and develop a positive and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions and day-to-day HR operations.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, resignations and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, leave, attendance and HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll, CPF contributions, claims and other payroll-related matters.
• Handle MOM-related matters, including work passes, renewals, cancellations and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure HR policies and employment practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act and relevant regulations.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook and internal procedures.
• Manage employee benefits, insurance and welfare programmes.
• Support performance appraisal, salary review and employee development exercises.
• Identify suitable staff training programmes, courses and available government training support/grants.
• Support employee engagement, company events and team-building activities.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
• Provide HR advice and support to management and department heads.
• Assist management with manpower planning, organisational restructuring and succession planning.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower cost analysis and other HR-related information required by management.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF and work-pass requirements.
• Experience handling payroll and full-cycle recruitment.
• Able to work independently and manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Practical, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or warehousing would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office will be advantageous.
