Part time Accounts Executive

CAL Asia is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Executive to support the finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounts payable operations, GST reporting, cash flow support, management reporting, and liaison with external parties.

Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable & Payable (AP,AR ) functions, including invoice processing, staff claims, payment processing, AP journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Perform month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions
• Prepare quarterly GST reviews and submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and management
• Prepare monthly management reports and maintain updated balance sheet schedules
• Liaise with corporate secretaries, tax agents, and external auditors on accounting and compliance matters
• Support other accounting duties and ad-hoc assignments as required

Diploma in Accountancy or related field, or higher qualification

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, taxation, and GST regulations
• Experience in accounts consolidation will be an advantage
• Experience in handling banking facilities such as Letters of Credit (LC) and Trust Receipts (TR) will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting systems
• Experience with Xero will be an advantage
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy
