Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager – Global Events Terrapinn is hiring ambitious graduates and early‑career professionals (up to 2 years’ sales experience) to join our Singapore team.

This is a real Business Development Manager role from day one. You’ll be part of our international event portfolios, selling exhibition and sponsorship opportunities, building relationships with senior decision‑makers, and identifying new business opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Drive sales of exhibition and sponsorship packages

• Build and maintain commercial relationships with executives

• Identify and convert new business opportunities

Location & Working Pattern

• Harbourfront, Singapore

• Monday–Thursday in office

• Friday morning work from home

• Friday afternoon off

Language Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English essential

• Mandarin fluency welcomed and advantageous, as this role involves regular communication with China‑based clients and stakeholders where Mandarin is the primary language of business. Candidates with Mandarin proficiency will be able to liaise directly with these stakeholders and manage client relationships more effectively.
