Accounts Assistant (Tuas, 5 Days, $3k)

Salary: $2,800 to $3,000
Work Days: 5 Days
Work Location: Tuas (near MRT)

Responsibilities:
• Process payments, invoices and inter-company transactions accurately and ontime.
• Perform invoice matching, vendor statement reconciliation and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare debit notes, credit notes, journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Record daily receipts, maintain cash book records and perform daily cash counts.
• Manage petty cash reimbursements and bank deposits.
• Maintain fixed asset records and process monthly depreciation.
• Prepare vending-related reports, statements and commission calculations.
• Update relevant collection and deposit records.

Requirements:
• LCCI or Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy
• 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and Accounting software
• Independent and a good team player
• Singaporean only need apply
