TCM Clinic Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic. The role involves ensuring efficient clinic operations, maintaining high standards of patient service, and supporting business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily clinic operations, including front desk and patient flow
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure efficient service delivery
• Supervise and support clinic staff, including training and performance monitoring
• Assist TCM physicians in operational and administrative matters
• Handle patient inquiries and provide quality customer service
• Maintain inventory of herbs, medication, and clinic supplies
• Monitor clinic performance, including revenue and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including guidelines from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board
• Support marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinic, healthcare, or wellness operations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
