Responsibilities

• Establishstandard operating procedures for product engineering and manufacturingprocesses on the testing floor
• ConductFailure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potentialprocess failures
• Review andanalyze test yield data to identify issues and implement yield improvement actions
• Determinedisposition for hold lots based on yield and quality analysis
• Performdevice and hardware tester qualification, correlation, and generate associatedreports
• Develop andexecute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize testing and manufacturingprocesses
• Resolvetechnical issues related to device testing to support manufacturing operationseffectively
• Liaise withcustomers to understand and implement new production specifications during NewProduct Introduction (NPI)
• Coordinate device startup and transferactivities to ensure smooth production transitions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Polytechnic/Universitygraduates are welcome.
• Goodphysical health and high energy.
