Responsibilities

• Handle and manage materials accurately to support production schedules and minimize downtime
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently to meet quality and output targets
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations and continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and report production status
• Maintain good physical fitness and eyesight to perform tasks involving manual handling and equipment operation safely
