System Engineer (Access Control Systems/ CCTV/ Network Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and implement systems in accordance with specifications and service level requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Manage system changes using established change request processes, including impact assessment, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and proactively implement preventive measures. Continuously monitor effectiveness and refine solutions as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service continuity measures, including backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans, to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and project teams, assisting in decision-making and resolving complex technical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PSIM ( Physical Security Information System), CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, alarm and intrusion systems, network infrastructure
• CIS hardening for Windows and Linux servers
• Perform basic computer and network maintenance.
• Linux server configuration

Requirement

• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows server configuration
• Familiarity with security systems and network infrastructure
• Strong technical background in systems and infrastructure
• Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CIS hardening will be advantageous
