Technical Project Manager ( AWS/ Databricks/ Tableau)
About this job
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the end-to-end project plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action tracking.
- Coordinate technical workstreams across data engineering, cloud/platform, software implementation, integration, testing, security, production readiness, and operational handover.
- Work with technical leads and architects to translate scope, requirements, and solution direction into practical delivery plans and execution steps
- Drive stakeholder meetings, governance cadence, status reporting, decision tracking, and timely escalation of blockers.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, security testing, production readiness, cutover, and operations transition activities.
- Maintain project documentation, delivery evidence, change records, RAID logs, governance artefacts, and handover materials.
- Support effort planning, resource tracking, vendor coordination, progress monitoring, and change request/variation support where required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience managing technology implementation projects, preferably as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
- Experience delivering cloud, data platform, analytics, enterprise application, or system-integration projects.
- Good understanding of the software/data delivery lifecycle, including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support transition.
- Practical exposure to AWS, data warehousing, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, enterprise reporting/analytics platforms, or comparable enterprise technologies.
- Experience working with Singapore public-sector, government, aviation, transport, or other regulated clients is preferred
- Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage several technical workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and discussing architecture, data pipelines, environments, testing, deployment, and operational readiness at a practical delivery level.
- Strong ownership and follow-through, with the ability to anticipate dependencies and resolve issues early.
