About this job
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Assist with password resets, user account issues, and basic access requests.
- Support laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Log, update, and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM / ticketing system.
- Maintain basic IT support documentation and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year of IT Support / Helpdesk experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in IT support.
