Contract / Employment Type: 9 Months Contract
Salary: $2,600 – $3,200/month
Location: Bukit Merah
Working Arrangement: Full-Time / Part-Time arrangements may be considered
Benefits: End-of-contract gratuity upon successful completion of contract

Job Scope:

• Perform reminder calls to patients to follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist patients with enquiries on outstanding bills, Medisave and financial assistance
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment disputes
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure cases are followed through to closure
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and follow-ups
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on Accounts Receivable matters
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE “A” Level or Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 1 year of relevant Accounts Receivable, Collections or Credit Control experience preferred
• Candidates with at least 2 years of customer service and administrative experience may also be considered
