Your Role

As a Junior Marketing & Events Associate, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

• Represent established brands at face-to-face marketing activities, roadshows and events

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional service

• Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement

• Work closely with the team to achieve campaign objectives and targets

• Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, customer engagement and communication
