HR Executive (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits) #HCK

Salary: Up to $4,000/month

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive (Payroll) to join a fast-paced healthcare organisation. The successful candidate will support the Compensation & Benefits function and ensure the accurate and timely administration of payroll and employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

* Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines

* Prepare payroll reports and summaries for Finance

* Ensure timely CPF contributions and compliance with statutory requirements

* Compute new hire salaries, salary adjustments, and final salary payments

* Support annual salary increment, bonus, and incentive payout exercises

* Administer employee benefits, leave, WICA, and maternity-related claims

* Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records in the HR system

* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on payroll matters

* Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll, benefits, and claims

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits

* Strong attention to detail with good organisational and communication skills

* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
