Administrative Executive

Location: Ubi, Singapore

Salary: S$3,600 per month

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative duties and office operations.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other related documents.
• Maintain proper filing and accurate records of company documents.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Assist with order processing and inventory administration.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
• Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Prior administrative experience is preferred, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
