Asst HR Manager

Job Descriptions

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist with the daily operations of HR functions and duties.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
• Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives and HR reporting.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Overtime, absences, leaves etc)
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in relevant human resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Infotech.
• Good knowledge of Labour Laws.
• Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources will be advantageous
