Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Track changes to designs and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Handle contract claims and variations.
• Monitor project costs and report on financial progress.
• Provide advice on cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present detailed cost reports and forecasts.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Attend project meetings and provide input on cost implications and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Electrical knowledge and understanding of technical terms are an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of calculation methods and cost planning in a similar industry.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
