Location: Central
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Working hours may occasionally be staggered, with an earlier start time of 8:00 AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration, appointment verification, and necessary paperwork.
• Guide patients with wayfinding and direct them to the appropriate areas.
• Assist in preparing patients for their scheduled scans.
• Support patients with basic non-clinical needs before and after scans.
• Organise, sort, and file scan-related documents and records.
• Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, printing, scanning, and filing.
• Liaise with Customer Service Officers and healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow departmental procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
