1. Daily Operations Management

   • Assist the manager in supervising daily operations of the department or store

   • Ensure smooth workflows and consistent service quality

2. Staff Supervision & Scheduling

   • Guide and monitor employee performance

   • Prepare and adjust work schedules to ensure efficient staffing

3. Training & Evaluation

   • Organize training sessions for new employees to improve skills

   • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide improvement suggestions

4. Customer Service

   • Welcome customers, answer inquiries, and handle general complaints

   • Pay attention to customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

5. Finance & Sales Support

   • Assist with cashiering and account reconciliation, monitor daily expenses

   • Support promotional activities and help achieve sales targets

6. Hygiene & Safety Management

   • Inspect workplace and equipment to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

   • Enforce safety procedures among staff to prevent accidents
