Dynatrace Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and administer Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate across on-premises, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Configure monitoring for applications, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Create dashboards, alerts, reports, SLOs, and service monitoring configurations.
• Implement RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, Smartscape, Service Flow, and Davis AI.
• Perform application performance analysis and root cause investigations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, Splunk, Active Directory, and other enterprise tools.
• Support monitoring of critical applications and end-to-end transaction tracing.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to operations teams.
• Follow applicable security, audit, and operational requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in APM, observability, or monitoring solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI, Smartscape, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, Service Flow, and API integrations.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, IIS, Apache, and Nginx.
• Experience monitoring Java/.NET applications and Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM and monitoring platforms.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and microservices.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
• Understanding of application monitoring, production support, incident management, and operational resilience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Dynatrace certification is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
