COORDINATOR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marine, shipyard and offshore project activities from planning to completion.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Coordinate project schedules, drawings, submissions, materials and deliveries.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding works and issues.
• Assist with site coordination, inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
• Track project costs, variations, claims and material status.
• Ensure project activities comply with specifications, quality and safety requirements.
• Support the Project Manager and engineering team in the smooth execution of projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marine, shipyard or offshore projects preferred.
• Good understanding of marine and shipyard project processes.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple parties.
• Willing to work in shipyard, marine or offshore environments when required.
