This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge and relationship management skills to grow existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and deliver workforce solutions that support critical fabrication and engineering projects across the region.

What You'll Be Doing 💼🏗️

Account Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts within the Oil & Gas Fabrication sector, focused on the China market.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders including Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, Fabrication, and HR teams.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand workforce demands, project pipelines, and business objectives.

Business Development

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within fabrication yards, EPC contractors, offshore construction companies, and engineering service providers.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term partnership development.

Workforce Solutions Delivery

• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of talent solutions.
• Support contract workforce mobilization, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Handle contract negotiations, service agreements, and commercial discussions.
• Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry activity, project awards, fabrication workloads, and market trends across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia region.
• Identify opportunities arising from new energy, offshore, marine, and infrastructure projects.

Commercial Performance

• Achieve revenue, profitability, and account growth targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.

What We're Looking For 🔍👀

Industry Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
• Previous experience within Oil & Gas, Fabrication, EPC, Marine, Offshore, Engineering Services, or Industrial sectors is highly desirable.

Commercial Acumen

• Proven ability to generate revenue growth and develop strategic client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.

Relationship Builder

• Demonstrated success engaging stakeholders at multiple levels within client organizations.
• Ability to establish credibility and build long-term partnerships.

Market Knowledge

• Strong understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia Oil & Gas Fabrication market.
• Knowledge of workforce solutions, manpower services, or recruitment industries would be advantageous.

Communication Skills

• Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST
• Excellent presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
