Job Description
The Research Engineer will be involved in conducting field and lab experiments for assessing impacts on marine ecosystems and hybrid solutions to climate change. He/she will also be involved in collecting field data and planning/implementing experiments for understanding ecosystem processes in coastal waters. In addition to the above, the Research Engineer is expected to also participate actively in research meetings, present research findings, write reports and research papers.
Job Requirements
· Possess a good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marine Biology or Environmental Engineering or equivalent. Experience in lab analysis of coastal ecosystem processes (e.g. related to algal blooms, biodiversity measurements, mangroves and/or seagrasses) is preferred.
· Open to fixed-term contract.
