💰 Salary: $30/hour (approx. $5,460/month)
📅 Contract: 12 months (Dec 2026 – Nov 2027)
⏰ Working Hours: 42 hours/week
📍 Location: Singapore

📌 Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Strong research, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong verification and cross-checking abilities.
• Good project coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to liaise confidently with ministries, statutory boards and other stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
• Knowledge of international relations or public policy is an advantage.

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Research and identify information required for reports
• Develop and track project timelines and milestones through to final publication.
• Coordinate information requests and follow up with agencies for timely submissions.
• Verify information, statistics, dates and claims against source documents.
• Maintain trackers and a central repository of verified information and supporting documents.
• Liaise with ministries, statutory boards and other stakeholders to gather information.
• Synthesise inputs into clear, coherent and well-written report narratives.
• Prepare progress updates at key milestones.
• Support meetings and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
