🎨 Engagement & Operations Support Officer

📍 1 Position | 💰 $3,500/month | 📅 3-Month Contract

We are looking for a proactive and organised Engagement & Operations Support Officer to support community engagement initiatives, outreach programmes and day-to-day operations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Support community engagement, outreach programmes, roadshows and events.
• 🎭 Coordinate with arts, cultural and community partners and stakeholders.
• 📋 Provide administrative, logistical and programme coordination support.
• 💬 Assist with customer enquiries, documentation, reporting and SOPs.
• ⚙️ Support daily operations and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

🎓 Requirements

• Degree in Arts Management, Communications, Public Policy or related fields.
• Experience in administration, project management or programme coordination is preferred.
• 🗣️ Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• 🔎 Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
• 💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
• 🕐 Willing to work some weekends and evenings when required.

🗓️ Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
⏱️ 42 hours per week

• Duration: 3 months (subject to extension)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Salary: $3,500/month
