Heavy Equipment Service Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting work in both workshop and on-site environments according to industry standards.
• Work independently while providing guidance and support to trainee or junior technicians when required.
• Liaise directly with customers, delivering professional service and applying sound technical judgment to resolve issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or heavy equipment-related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, and component overhaul, with the ability to read technical manuals and instructions.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude, customer service orientation, and teamwork skills; able to work in a hands-on environment and possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
