About this job
Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sites
- Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities
- Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development
- Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties
- Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
