Job Summary

You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities, while managing client relationships and achieving recruitment and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill hiring needs
• Analyze job requirements to identify key candidate qualifications and skills
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles
• Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on skills and client needs
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage the overall hiring process efficiently
• Negotiate salary offers and placement terms to secure candidate acceptance
• Achieve recruitment and sales targets by delivering quality placements
• Maintain and update candidate databases and stay informed on market trends
