- Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 3.30 pm
Key Roles
Cut and portion ingredients for NFS practical lessons
Store food properly and maintain food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of Food Labs
Check cookers, gas supply, and rubbish disposal after lessons
Perform inventory checks and stock-taking of consumables
Assist with food ordering, deliveries, and project food preparation
Any other duties assigned by the teachers
Qualifications
PSLE certificate
Passed SFA Food Safety Course Level 1
At least 1 year of relevant experience
