Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates to meet client hiring needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for various IT roles to ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidate matches
• Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience
