Junior Shipping Admin

Roles & Responsibilities

• To prepare shipping documentations including all documentations related to import and export activities.
• To prepare contract and payment coordination including bank submission
• To coordinate with internal customer to ensure on time delivery to customers.
• To liaise with forwarders for collection.
• To attend enquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for feedback to customer.
• To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• O-Level, A Level, ITE, Diploma Logistics management or its equivalent.
• Entry level applicants are welcome
• Good communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
• A good team player who possesses drive, motivation, resourceful, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous and any other positive attributes will be well considered.
• Proficient in MS office application.
