GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

We are a PREMIUM confinement centre at near vicinity of Newton MRT/Downtown Line and we are seeking for an GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER to join us.

The Job requirement are stated below:

• Good written & communication skills in English or Mandarin to alise with Chinese speaking client
• Works cohesively and respectfully within the department
• Possesses good interpersonal skills and attentiveness to details
• Works well with a team and supports proactively
• Prioritizes and organizes work efficiently
• Self-motivates and with a positive "Can Do" mindset
• Acts with integrity and high professionalism
• Embraces and adapts supportively to changes
• Self-confidence and charisma, able to engage in personal conversation with Guest in a professional manner
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Qualifications/Experiences

· Customer Relations experience is an added advantage

· Possess a well-groomed appearance and friendly personality

· Ex Airline Crew are welcome to apply

· Previous working experience in hotel, hospitality or travel industry are also welcome to apply

· Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred Experience
