Marine Operation Executive (Vessel / Terminal Operation )Shift work

We are seeking a proactive and capable professional to join our team, where you will play a key role in enhancing vessel operations, optimizing resource planning, and ensuring efficient management of quayside and container yard activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of vessel operations and resource planning fundamentals.
• Oversee and coordinate daily quayside activities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
• Utilize advanced Terminal Operations Systems to effectively manage and coordinate container yard operations.
• Lead, guide, and manage a team of equipment specialists to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.
• Monitor performance and ensure service delivery meets critical operational targets.
• Promote continuous improvement in team leadership, communication, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Willingness to work on shifts as required.
• Prior experience in a related operational or logistics environment is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

• 12-hour rotating shifts:
• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Shift cycle (3 working days followed by 2 days off):
• Day 1 – Day Shift
• Day 2 – Day or Night Shift
• Day 3 – Night Shift
• Day 4 & 5 – Off Days

Additional Information

• 1-year traineeship program leading to a permanent position
• Includes 3 to 6 months of structured training and probation

Work Location

• Assignments available in the following areas:
• Pasir Panjang
• Tuas
• Near VivoCity
• Location will be assigned based on operational requirements (efforts will be made to place candidates closer to their residence where possible)

Transport

• Company transport provided island wide from designated MRT stations

· Salary : S$3,000.00 – S$3,500.00
