Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities and Duties

A. Operations

· Ensure accuracy in picking and packing of products as well as the timely fulfilment of orders on a daily basis

· Assist our logistics team in picking & packing, when required

· Perform duties of a checker to ensure accuracy of picked products, when necessary

· Perform QC check on products, when necessary

· Assist with the quarterly stock count

· Assist with the replenishing of stocks in active store

· Ensure cleanliness of store area through consistent housekeeping

B. Take on other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

· Preferably GCE ‘O’ level certificate and IT literate

· Candidate with class 3 licence is advantageous

· Those with at least 1 year experience in stores dealing with pharmaceutical products will have an added advantage

· Physically fit and a good team player
